Refund Policy
This Refund Policy is applied to all VIP Defense products that use Online Software Activation. Activated software Once activated software can not be returned. We can not refund your order if you have already activated your copy of product. We offer a trial versions of our software for free download and "try before you buy". Therefore, it is assumed that when a user purchases the registered version from us, he/she is satisfied with the program's features and has already checked compatibility with his computer systems.
You can request a refund of not yet activated product within 30 days from the date of purchase. To complete request you must describe detailed reason of your claim and email it to our sales department. You must also print out, fill and snail mail Letter of Intellectual Property Acknowledgment and Destruction to our legal department. Please note that we do not accept this form by email. Use snail mail instead. In order to obtain a refund you must provide your correct e-mail address and mailing address to VIP Defense. VIP Defense will not be liable for any claims of non-receipt of merchandise, and/or non-receipt of a “Letter of Intellectual Property Acknowledgment and Destruction ” that was a result of an incorrect email address and/or mailing address provided by you to Information VIP Defense. The customer is responsible for providing a correct/working e-mail address. Refund request can be placed electronically (by e-mail) but the actual refund is provided only after ! “Letter of Intellectual Property Acknowledgment and Destruction” arrives. Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims - All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.
